Fast&Furious MAX for sale on ebay Valued at $75K!!!!

Browsing ebay, I came across this auction for the 99 Max as seen in F&F:

Seems shady, seller has no feedback, did the guy buy the car from the owner and is then selling it? Whats going on here? The wing and altezzas are yuck.
