what do you all recommend for stripping wax?

what do you all recommend for stripping wax?

lol i'm enjoying this forum.

but yeah, the only method i am aware of is using dishwashing soap... what do you guys recommend? is there any harms in using dishwashing soap when giving my car a carwash...?

Right now, I use Dawn to remove wax. This is something I don't do too often because it can mess up the trim. Every once in a while is cool.

Dawn isnt bad as long as you dont make it a regular thing. You can also use Meguair's all purpose cleaner plus diluted 1:64 and it should do the same, but haven't tried it myself.

I use Dawn. I got a lot of info from autopia awhile back and that's the first thing I use when I do a total detail on my car
