www.klassedirect.com is the cheapest i've found, the 1 liter bottle has a cheaper price/size ratio than the 3 liter for some reason also.

I got Dynamic Duo Microfiber Kit from Klassedirect.com. The MF applicators are great and the MF towel is even better. It's very plush and soft, much like pakshak's but both side are plush. I juss finished applying the AIO and SG and all I can say is wow x3!!! The application was very easy and so was the removal. I used very thin coats like the directions said and it came out great.
