Many guys on the WRX board are getting their rexes for 500 over invoice. That's about $22,500. Not a bad deal. I'm getting a car soon and I've narrowed it down to either a 93-95 Z or a WRX. The tt.net guys wholeheartedly recommend the Z though. ^^ What do you guys think would be better?

I think the WRX has an awesome drivetrain, but I don't know about the way it looks. To me the Z has a more refined look to it, but it will also cost more. For the price the WRX is a steal. We will see what the Z will look like in time.

I would go with the WRX. The design is newer.

Those are two different cars. Of course the WRX is brand new, has 4WD, probably ligher and is a smaller car.

The TT is a larger wheelbased car and is more of a grant tourer freeway bomber. It just so happens it does the drap stuff well also.

Once you get into bad weather, the WRX will stomp ALL over the TT or any rwd only car. The Scuby is more if a quick and nimble car vs a heavier GT car. The WRX will go fast no doubt but I would give the nod to the TT for 100+mph stabilty due to the longer wheelbase.

Just depends on what you want.

Jesus Christ!!!

Here is the green!

I have decided to get the wagon version for my wife as soon as it comes out in March. To get a better understanding of the pricing thing I went to the closest dealership soon after Subaru had its press release. Unfortunately, they didn't want to take about price and told me to put a five hundred bucks deposit and wait. Do I look stupid, I wondered to myself.

Anyhow, any people in SF Bay Area knows of a dealership who is willing to sell it for up to 5% over invoice?

don't wanna get ripped-off and don't wanna be the second person to get the car in my area either.

the back is ugly as can be on the WRX, while the front is agresive looking.
