It is a very simple anti-theft system. It is disengaged once you either type in the entry code or unlock the door with the key.

If you need to reset the entry code, you need the master code which should be on the original keyring. When you type that code in, it will make a very long beep in which time you can enter a new entry code.

Link for more info

Key Code Reset Info

Because it's such a touchy subject (people pretending to have "lost" their codes, etc., we've created this form to allow you to generate the process for resetting the code.

Enter the requested information (none of it is confidential, so don't worry about internet security) and let the computer do the rest.

Good luck!
