Doesn't sound too bad. If you feel like spending less for a used tranny, try www.auto-part.com

well, from the prices around DC, their price is VERY low. considering its a rebuilt with warranty, for less than $900, and trannies around here with unknown miles go for $1100, i dont see how its too expensive. do you know a place where i can get one cheaper?

I've found some here in Canada for ~670.00CND (~500.00USD). Search www.car-part.com

I think that is a good price and you don't get a warranty with a used one...

1100 for a rebuilt - not too bad, hopefully the warranty is a good warranty, not some BS one
