Turbo boost bleds down the closer I get to redline

I am @ 7 PSI.. on the dyno last night from the time I start to the time I finished I lost 1/2 PSI or so. So at redline I was at 6.4 PSI

Any thoughts on what it maybe????

Or is this normal?

I like it better than boost creep, I am just trying to figure it all out

Thanks

Since boost measure is actually "residual" pressure and it looks like you have MEVI, your engine may be better using that pressure/air the turbo is generating more so less "residual" pressure is measure near redline.

Unless you have an electronic boost controller....

and with an A/F ratio of 11:5 and a NON working MEVI

The dyno chart will be up today..

Just have to get it loaded and I can't do that here

chunger, yes on the MEVI and NO it was not working..

and manual boost controller

But I DO understand what your saying.. thank you

Also, as it may be the case with a T3/T4, may the T3 side be "choking" in the upper RPM band??????

its actually common and some boost controllers with an RPM offset will adjust for it.
