Get a stronger belt. Get a Dayco Poly Cog belt at your local Autozone or whatever. 69.5" length.

still, if it is not aligned, the SC will shred a belt every month. have you use my method and check on your idler pulley and see where does it land?

Oh sorry...my bad....69.5" is for 3.25-3.125" 10psi on the V1...I'm an idiot. 12psi for the V2....type belt sizes or belt(s) in the search exclusively in the SC forums and it lists all the sizes for V2 belts. You'll find your answer there.

compare where the belt lands on the idler pulley to that of the tensioner pulleys. if sections of the belt are off on these two pulleys, then you have the belt is not aligned.

another tip is when you put the belt back after the install, do not loose the idler pulley nut all the way. just loose it enough to slide the pulley along with the bracket and make sure it does not wobble.
