Does an nx wet kit void inspection?

 

Laws vary from state to state, and some inspectors are more leaniant than others. I've always heard that NOS is not legal for street use pretty much everywhere. Not all states have laws about it just physically being there, and therefore I'm sure some will have an issue with it while others don't.

In TX for OBD II they just plug into the ECU to verify it's not throwing any codes. Most inspectors don't even pop the hood, so getting away with it might be possible here (especially if you know an inspector!!!)
