It's official. I've gone Riceboy

Just installed a 3A Racing tip on my car.

Now to justify it, I got it for free, it's only a 3" tip, and all I had was a stock muffler with a straight pipe coming out the back. Not very pretty. This at least dresses it up a bit without being too Uncle Ben's.

eh.. i have a AutoZone 3" chrome tip.. it looks small.. about the size of the stock 3.5 SE Alty tips

I don't care if it's rice.. a lot better than the rusty black dirty pipe look

the altezzas in CF actually look a lot better than i would have imagined. i bought them because a mustang hit my max in the parking lot and left. cracked my drivers side outer lens. i convinced myself that altezza was the way to go if i was going to have to replace my taillights.

It's actually a really nice tip. It's resonated, and has 3 really good clamps to hold the tip in place, and not come loose. I need to cut off some of the stock miffler tip so it doesnt show through the new tip, and that's it. I'll try to snap a couple pics of it this week. It does look MUCH better than the stock tip, which is just a piece of 2.25" pipe.

rice is good, everyone should have a little but you also should know when it's to much.

yay! no rice!...

I checked and mine is a 3A Racing tip also... i noticed the resonator.. so if we cut the 2.25" tip off, will it make some noise?

i got mine at an Autozone that was goin out of business for like $20 cuz i also bought some oil and other stuff.

I think regular price is either 29.99 or 34.99 at Autozone. Try a Pep Boys or Kragen as well.

You got the smaller one.. I think mine is the 3.5" one because unlike yours, mine almost rubs on the bumper (there's actually probably like .5" gap)

AutoZone had that one for $12 also
