I also would like to know this. Im interested in building my own setup. Also what differences would there be between a 2001 and 2002 besides the piping?

Fuel system is different and if you go SC, you cant mount it on the left side of the engine.

N2O!

there are few tubo 5th gens...but they are 2k, 2k1s. like Cbass said, 2k2+ have a returnless fuel system and the vairable timing module is right on where a centrifugal SC would mount.

there is a SC kit for 350z by procharger...I dunno if there is anyboy looking into this yet.

I was thinking that it may work to have an upgraded fuel pump, and a seventh injector with the HKS AIC, but it would be expensive.

Any super charger would not fit under an 02-03 max or 350z. If I were you I would get all the boltons, fuel pump and a 100 wet shot of nitrous. That should be good for at least 350 hp at the wheels.

There are already SCed 350's. Max has room also.

I know there kits out there they had to modify the hood to fit. I am just going by what the seller of the kit says.

yeah you're right, they have the roots type blower with a modified hood, since the blower sits directly on the top middle of the motor.

Only 7psi? I thought the 3.5 block could boost at least 9-10psi safely?

Tony give Greg from Custommaxima a call, The company that is building the turbo for my car would probably do your car with no problem! Just be prepared that your car will be down for a couple of weeks.

Um, there is a kit available for the 350z and g35coupe that required no mod to the hood and it clears. Its a procharger kit by ATI.

Nitrous is the only f/i on a 2k2/3 that I am aware of

huh? boost is boost...doesn't matter if its coming from an SC or Turbo, the motor can only hold what it can hold.
