new info on my troubles

i did a compression test today and all cylinders were at right under 180 psi. i put the plugs in but kept the fuel pump fuse out to keep it from running. i pulled the intake piping that goes from the turbo to the tb off. i had my brother crank the engine and when i put my hand on the intake before the tb i could feel air coming out of the intake. any ideas on what this could be?
