Car dies...please help!
Started my car this morning and then it just dies. Last night, car died on me when I was in neutral a couple of times. Then is started hesitating. Gave it gas and it wouldn't go, was very jerky. And now, soon as I start the car it shuts down withtin two seconds.
Couple of weeks ago, I took my fender wall out where my filter for the CAI resides. It was raining last night, could it be that water got sucked in and now the car shuts down upon startup? Your feedback is appreciated.
Thanks...

You might have a MAF problem. Make sure your fuel filter isn't clogged and your getting fuel pressure from the pump.
Other items to check would be both crankshaft position sensors and the camshaft position sensor.
Here's a quick way to check if the MAF sensor is giving eronious (sp?) readings to your ECU and screwing everything up. Unplug it and try to start your car. The car will start and run with the MAF unplugged. It just wount rev past 2K. If that happens, then your MAF is causing the problem.

So does this mean I need to replace my MAF???
Went to the junkyard and replaced the MAF and it works now, thanks for all your help. But now I got the 0201 code, it never ends
How do I know which coil pack is bad, should I wait till I get another code? Instead of buying all new coil packs, can I get it from junkyard ?
