Well yesturday night I drive out of my driveway and this morning I find tar around my fender and mud guards. It turns out my stupid neighbour applied driveway sealer just before a rain shower and the tar drained off infront of my driveway.

What should I use to remove this stuff from the paint without scratching anything? I've seen bug & tar remover but I'm not sure if this stuff will be strong enough to take it out. Any suggestions?
