Don't do it it the doors...because if you do when you go over a bump the interior light will flash on. The you might think that your car is haunted. Tap the hood pin switch and put the sensor on you stearing column.
The wire is yellow with a red tracer and is located on pin 27 on the SECU (Smart Entrance Control Unit) located on the passanger side of the steering column.
I would go with a dual unit (shock & glass breakage) for maximum coverage.
Hope this helps.

Don't know, but I bought a dual stage shock sensor from eBay and I plan on using that. Maybe if I can do this correctly, then I'll add in a glass shock sensor to it later. It'll be temporary until I can afford a nice alarm system in a year or two.
You can adjust the sensitivity of it. It has a little screw on the sensor.
Read the rcreations one and the vqpower one (once it's back online) and you'll know what to do. The rcreations one is right by the hood switch, but the vqpower one is connected to the BCM inside the dash (where the hood switch wires are plugged in). If you want the vqpower one, I have it saved in a Word file for easy printing, I can email it to you since they're down right now.
I'll try it out this week when I'm not lazy
