I need info on this mod, as I will probably be installing it on my next car, the '97 SE (which should be coming soon!)

I'm looking for...
Horsepower Increase? If so, how much?
Cost? Where Can I get it?

Thanks!

Well.......

other than using the NEW SEARCH FEATURE which was specifically designed for posts like this , heres my review of the intake:

Horsepower Increase? some
If so, how much? nothing really big, but you can feel a slight difference, I think JWT boasts 5hp+/-
Cost? $100-120
Where Can I get it? cattmanperformance.com, courtesynissan.com.....to name a few

Thanks! [/I][/QUOTE]

I just installed a JWT a few weeks ago. Love it. Makes a little hp diff but seems to have the gains over 3000 rpm. ALso gives a slight growl under WOT which I love. If my wife gets a J.O.B. I will get a Y pipe and the Sprint springs.... Then it'll be autocros time.

nice mod

for the money. but like all the little mods, your not going to feel any real power increase unless the deeper noise makes you feel like it adds another 20 HP.

this mod works well once you have other mods like a y pipe and exhaust. in combination with a few other mods, you'll get a noticeable increase you can feel.

but then again, if you want power, put some pennies in the piggy bank and get a supercharger hands down, pure power increase.

Thanks for all the info guys...

DA-MAX: I'll be sure to use that search function next time

I plan on putting the JWT in combination with an HKS Muffler and an RT Cat. So hopefully, I'll feel a little difference, and get that nice sound from the JWT

$89 shipped from avalon!

I went to their website because I too am interested in getting a JWT pop charger. The price I saw was $108. I called courtesy and they got it for $120. But $89! That would be great!

i have instructions for the install

but no pics in my how 2 sction of my homepage. you'll have to try and picture it. if your willing to wait, i should have pics in a week for that section. its pretty easy to install and should take you no more than 45 minutes or an hour at latest as long as you have the right tools.
