E36 BMW lights on a 4th Gen Maxima ??

Does anyone have the link to this?

It was about a year ago, someone had put E36 headlights on just to check clearance etc. and the pics showed them on with hood popped.
I know these are the standard light upgrade for 3rd gens, but this was a 4thgen. looked like a 97-99 it had the new grille.

People ragged the person because they didnt fit perfect, although no fitment adjustments (body work etc) were made for the pics.

I am curious, i am thinking of getting grille made to fit between them if they dont look atrocious. I think they would look awesome with the M3 style body kit. and a large rounded rectangle style grille.

Anyone got the link?

Thanks
BG

nope it was a 4th gen, they were just sitting in place, with lights on, grille looked all goofy, hood was popped up, looked bad, but i was looking for the pics anyway.

Some 3rd gen guy has this done to his car. It looked bad on his car. How much worse would it look on a 4th gen?? IMO, those lights are better suited to a boxy body like the E36 M3!!!!!!! Thank you for your time.

i think those lights were Pchopped... ive thought about it, but it would require too much fabbing... i would rather think about the cefiero lights instead.... and you can put HID's in them as well, roughly cost about what the Ellipsoid lights cost as well.....

350 for the ellipsoids which are glass cover with projector lens.
