K&N filter VS generic filter

Is there really any difference between K&N vs generic?

Is there anywhere I can get good deal on K&N?

i think k&n is better filtering and better performance...i dont really know though, anyone out there that would like 2 clear this up.

i think it offers much better filtering and a slight increase in performance. Looks alone tell u it will out perform generic filters

Actually, K&N does NOT filter as well as OEM. But they do offer a slight flow advantage and you can wash them instead of replacing them.
