Help with indiglo gauges!! Im screwed??

I installed those reverse indiglow gauges in my 97 max and everything works except the fuel gauge. I made sure to see what it was on and made a mark. I just put the new gauges over the existing ones and tapped into the blue dimmer wire. The needle isnt stuck cause i took it apart to check. What should I do?? Stealership is gonna screw me over!! Im in the ny huntington area...any suggestions?

take the guage off, and then turn on the car to see if the needle registers, if it does, then that means the needle is sticking and to solve that problem you just need some hot glue or some double sided tape
