problems with suspension

I have a 95 max SE. I lowered it 2 inches with intrax springs. Since then the ride has been so bumpy and hard so I recently replaced the stock struts with Gabriel struts, but they dont seem to be fixing the problem...is it the struts that aren't right? what is the best kind for a lowered maxima? I need help please!

re:

you need some high performance struts like KYB AGX or Tokico Illuminas to handle the 2" drop from Intrax.
Stock SE struts or even Autozone "Gabriel" struts can't handle that drastic drop - Yes 2" is considered drastic for aging 4th gen suspension design.

Nick.
