Where is the Water pump on my 97?

Where is the Water pump on my 97?

Hey guys, Im having a bit of a over heating problem. I also dont have any idea where the themostat is either. I planning on changeing the themostat first. Can someone let me know how to get to to it. Can I get some help in this please.

If you follow the lower radiator hose it will lead you to the thermostat housing (the thermostat is in there), it is located on the same side as the belts. The water pump is driven by the timing chain and it is also on the same side as the thermostat, it is inside the timing chain cover. Get a Haynes manual, it is pretty handy to have around.

buy a haynes or a FSM or download it from Kazaaaa its located under the timing chain somewhere up in there, good luck getting out
