To replace the bulb on the stock fog light you need to get under and behind the fog assembly, directly above you will two 10mm bolts, you might want to soak them with Wd-40 and then remove them. Once you remove the two 10mm bolts the fog light assembly drops and all you need to do is disconnect the connector and take it away from the car. Now there will be two phillips screws on the back side of the assembly, remove them and then the glass should separate from the housing, once that is removed you will see the H3 bulb connector, disconnect it and then release the clip holding the bulb inside to remove it. Installing it back is just taking the steps I gave you backwards.

Yea, what he said
Man I talked to one of my boys yesterday that has a Max and he said that he took his Max to the dealership and asked them how much they charged to change the bulb on the fog lights and they qouted him $70 dollars. He said he was like "No, not the whole assembly, just to change the bulb inside" and they said yea $70 dollars. He laughed and walked away. (Of course!)
