Just made a custom bracket and put it up there. Removed the sunglass holder so I can see it all times. Its angled perfect for view from the driver's seat.

Nice location, Dixit. I keep mine in the glovebox since the person I bought it from cough<dixit>cough didn't send me the mounting bracket along with it.

By the way, anybody notice how hot it gets with the brightness set to the default daytime setting? It is much cooler at the nighttime setting, but I haven't found a way to make that the default brightness setting.

I have a brand new bracket for the SAFC since I didn't use mine Stephen

I wouldn't change the brightness setting if you have it in plain view. Even at the brightest setting it's kinda hard to see in daytime depending on the conditions. If you do want it to run dim all the time just set all the settings as low as they will go in the brightness settings.

I mounted my SAFC like Jime did

Custom mounted in the sun-visors.... gutted out the mirrors and mounted an Apexi in each Sun Visor (S-AFC & Boost Controller)... kinda like you would put those TVs in the visors...

If I'm not mistaken, that's a picture of Jime's car.

Yeah that's Jime's car. I'm not aware of any ECU reader that displays injector duty cycle, but I do know that the Techtom MDM-100 displays injector pulse width.

Apexis old Multimeter reads duty cycle and ignition timing off the ECU! its specifically made for Nissans too, but it was discontinued for some strange reason only seen one in my whole life! definently a nice piece of equipment, it puts their new RSM and all those other power meters to shame!!!

The VAFC is just a SAFC with a VTEC controller.

You can use it to keep track of how much air flow you're getting during a WOT run. Then when you do an intake or exhaust mod you can see if your air flow increased any (as long as you haven't already maxed out your maf). But yeah, I keep mine in the glove box.

Can u teach me about ASAF cause im pretty slow in that field. I have it set to monitor 4 channels. Afl(i suppose its AIr flow), rev, Volt, and someother sh8t thats always 0 and its not knock.

Can u tell me a little about it cause i have no manual. Like what should I monitor, and what helpful features i can use. Thank you.
