HID's sale illegal?

HID's sale illegal?

Someone keeped saying that HID's were going to be illegal to not only have installed but to sale as well. I was aware about having them sntalled but what state is it illegal to sell them in?

It isn't illegal yet... and they won't be able to stop sales of 'pre-ban' HIDs after they stop the sales commercially (you will still be able to sell them privately).

i just seem to be able to by them so easily. i just have a hard time being convined that they are illegal to sell. i am in teaxs, i wonder if anyone even cares about them. you know, being on the ranch and all

So how does this affect org member juice, who sells KOPS HID kits?? Will he still be able to sell these kits legally??

They're pricey, but QUALITY is bar none. Laws wont stop out-of-country sales.

The problem is that companies like CATZ now can not sell their products commercially, and are most likely, unfortunately going out of business...

If they aren't DOT approved, they shouldn't be allowed for sale.

If CATZ is DOT approved, then that's not right.

Catz is not DOT approved. The capsules are, the ballasts and ignitors probably are, but their technique for putting the product together probably didn't take the necessary steps through the regulartory process.

It's expensive to get approval.

Many companies are out, many companies are choosing to risk $5000 per day penalties.

In reality, we have a secret stash left, because we were allowed a repreive til the 23rd (which is how the staged ban is going to work).
