Side markers have condensation

WEll....after two years I finally got some condensation in my clears. I even sealed them up with silicone before I put them on. I have two questions: Why did it happen after two years? and what is the best way to get rid of it?

Mine do and did the same thing. Put them in the oven at 250 for I think about 10 minutes then just re silicone them. I guess the silicone wears aways since my rear side marker recently became condesated again.

either take them out and leave it out to dry... or use WD-40
