Need help with bug oxidization on my front fender and hood!!!!!

I have major bug oxidization going on, and I am using bug and tar remover and it's not coming off...any suggestions on what else might work?
Also, I just got some very minor hail damage to the hood, anyone know how much that costs to get fixed?
thanks!

Try a claybar from Meguiar's or Mother's for the bugs, and go to a body shop for the hail damage im thinking a couple hundred dollars to get that repaired, good luck with it.
