Tires and Wheels Rubber, and lots of rubber in all kinds of sizes. What do you use when it's freezing? What do you use when it's hot? You want sticky rubbers? How about rubbers that will last a long time? Find your perfect rubber in here.

Not sure if these will fit properly, any ideas?

Not sure if these will fit properly, any ideas?

I'm new to this whole wheels and tires thing, so please bear with me. I'm looking to get the Nakayama Phantom GT-R's in 18's. Does anyone have them on a 5th gen? The offset I was told was somewhere around 38mm? Also, the tires that are included in this package are 215/35/18's. Could or would this be an ideal fit for an 03?

Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks!

The tires are too narrow. Find some 245/35/18 tires. Those tire sizes are for a Civic, not a 5th Gen.

Here's the thing tho: It's part of a wheel and tire package deal. I really dont want the tires, but they come with them. Would the wheels then be still ok if I get wider tires?

How wide are the wheels? Need at least an 8" wide wheel to run 245/40/18
Check any of the tire spec charts on www.tirerack.com

How wide are the wheels? I am guessing they are 7.5"? You will have to get a 225/40, or 235/40 maybe.

you know, I thought I saw 18X8's on that site, but for some strange reason, now it seems like it doesn't list it?
I had a feeling the 215's were gonna be too small, but that could be fixed when I get wider Toyo's for them. I'm really concerned with whether or not it would look like it would have any fitment issues with the Max? I mean a size 18 wheel is a size 18 wheel across the board, isn't it? (this is why I said please bear with me in the beginning! )

Yup, 18" is 18", across the board. You're looking for an offset in the 35mm to 45mm range, so 38mm should be perfect. On a 8" wide rim, or even a 7.5" rim, go for the 235/40 tire. Many places will let you upgrade the tires with a package for an additional cost.
