DELIO...re foglights..
OK, I will say it
But No flames from the audience please....
What you do is take apart the fuse panels as per the MaxFaq and then you will see the green/yellow wire that they tell you to cut, cut that one and run it to the orange one under the same relay. There are 2 orange ones and I don't recall which one it is, but I believe it is the thicker one, and it is getting constant power, just test it before you put it all back together for good. It is really easy. If those instructions aren't clear I will try to write up a more complete set.

One more question..
When I cut the green/yellow wire.....
There is the short side ON the relay and the other side that goes into the car somewhere
Do I use the part of it that comes from the relay and join to the orange..
Or do I take the end that hangs below.
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks again..

You need the end that connects to the relay
So cut the wire so that you have as much slack coming off the relay as possible. And then connect that to said orange wire, but you have to make sure that the orange wire stays connected. Meaning that you can strip off some of the sheilding and wrap the green wire around it or you can cut the wires and then splice them all back together, but the orange needs to stay connected.

OK

I had mentioned that downside (I think) in my post to Caroline originally. It is a negative, but for me the ease of install, and the fact that I did not have to run any wire all over the place was what made it worthwhile. While I am not afraid of running wire I would have preferred not to do it in this case, and I figured a way around it. This setup works for me cause I am not constantly using my fogs, so when I do use them I know that they are on, and I remember to turn them off. It may not be ideal for all and I freely admit that.

Sure thing bro, it is really easy, just bring some tools.

As your name implies, I did it for ease. LOL. There are lots of other ways I could have done it, but to me this was the easiest way, and it localized the area in which I was messing with wires. Plus another benefit to doing it the way I did it was that all the waires stayed in the relay panel and there was no wire running anywhere else. That is always a plus when you take your car to the dealer for service. Last thing I need to hear is, "Oh, we noticed you re-wired your fogs, we are voiding your warranty." LOL! While there is a drawback, it is one I can live with, to me I always know these about the fogs, do I wish they turned off with the car, but I can cope, I didn't have enough daylight to test all the relays in that panel for 12v only when the car is on, causw I started late as it was.
So my word of warning is if you are the forgetful type don't do it my way either figure out your own way or follow the MaxFaq instructions. LOL.
