i'm not too clear on how i am, i can't really see myself like the way others may look at me so i would hope to say that i am not stuck up, but i would have to admit that i have no right to make that comment towards myself.

On the same note....

I'm sure that most of the 4th gen owners seem conceited to 2nd and 3rd gen owners...etc.

Just the way these things work.

Not quite sure what you mean, but most 5th gen owners are fairly new to their new Max and just enjoying the awesome and smooth power. I always take notice of other Maxes on the road. In fact, I prefer the looks of the older Maximas (I think they are 3rd gens). They look more refined to me. Too bad they don't have the new engine.

Just by reading some of the post, not most (but a few) post in the 5gen board, they'll convince you that their "stuff" doesn't stink. I agree that the 3rd gen was the golden age of design. However, I have to catch myself from getting into the BIGHEAD trap, every time I step on the the throttle.

I never thought of this and wouldn't necesarily agree. I personally don't like the looks of the car more than my 4th gen; I noticed today when I was driving my 00 Sebring Conv that the front end has a similar look to the Sebring, but I don't like it as much.

So if 5th geners are conceited it probably doesn't have to do with their cars more of a people thing, or lack thereof.

Conceited people can go on being that way, it doesn't bother me, what does **** me off is like when you hold a door open for someone and they don't even acknowledge it by saying thanks, the just walk right through as if they are entitled or something. Has to do with upbringing I think.

I hope you don't tell that to any "brotha's" with maximas, unless your holding a yardstick.

I have a reason to be conceited, 5th generation's are the best

On the serious side, I always notice Maxima's when I drive and seriously, I give thumbs up or alittle wave or smile.

I do too, and I usually give them right of way in traffic.
If it weren't for them we wouldn't be enjoying the we are enjoying now.
