i wanted to mount my feul pressure gauge in my triple gauge pod but now im hearing that it is not safe because the mechanical gauges leak...
anyone with expierence with this?
i was looking at the auto-meter gauges ,,, and they recommend the isolater to be used with in car installations..
can some1 clear this up for me..thanx

isnt there an electric version of it? it'd be much safer, IMO.

Defi makes two type of mechanical fuel pressure gauge. one is the d-link gauge where you have to buy an addtional link control device besides the gauge. D-link gauges are in metric format.

sr7x has d-link gauges.
another type of gauge is called D-gauge. it is in psi format and you just need the gauge. it comes with everything.
I have the d-gauge fuel pressure from Defi on my website. 2"1/16 in size.
greddy, apexi, blitz...they all make electrical fuel pressure gauges in metric unit.
btw, dont ever use mechanical gauges inside the car except boost gauge.
