Front right turn signal is not working...any help?

We checked the fuses, all good, replaced the bulb, twice...and still nothing! The left turn signal works, both headlights, clearing lights, and fog lights work, but the right one won't blink. Any suggestions as to what is wrong with it? Any idea at all? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

It works though, right? If it's working it could be the wrong kind. It needs to be be dual filament bulb. Just a suggestion though.

I don't know if this helps, but when you signal to turn right while you are driving, the blinker inside the car goes into hyper-speed. (i.e. it blinks about three times as fast)
