light groaning sound when slowing down...
hmmmmmm
i think this started when I replaced the shims and added antisqueel glue on the back of my pads...
but maybe it was already there. I also got my transmission recently rebuilt, but the same sound is still there. I'm hoping it's my imagination or something, but i'm sure this sound came before the rebuild.
what do you guys think it could be?? I can hear it when I slow down. I believe the sound comes when i'm slowing down w/o the brakes. This happens at 10mph and under. It sorta sounds like something is scraping... but i'm just hoping it's not tranny related.
Can anyone give me an idea of what to check?? Thanks.

Actually slow down in neutral to eliminate the tranny.
