Best way to get ink out of leather seats?

Looks like one of the d!ckheads at the oil change place must've hopped into my wife's car with a ballpoint pen in their back pocket. Result - a nice line written across the seat back

What's the best way to get it out? She has light gray leather (about like Frost for us), and I tried leather cleaner (and scrubbing) with no luck. Soft Scrub? Do they still make it without bleach (didn't think THAT would be a good idea...)? Other ideas?

Thanks!!

I used some Lexol leather cleaner and after alot of effort, I was able to get a pen mark almost completely removed. I'm scared to try the dishwashing soap method too...

The softscrub should take it out, but be careful use a small amount on a clean cloth and dont rub in the same spot for to long.

I used Softscrub for the first time on leather and I was completely amazed. My husband used to be a roofer so the leather in the truck was awful....supposed to be tan, looked dark brown. I used a little bit of softscrub on a towel and it took the grime away like I was washing dirt off with water. I'm not going to finish it until I get some leather conditioner, but for anyone who's doubtful of this product to clean leather, I highly recommend it.
