Hey all i got the walbro feul pump on ebay at a great price but i found out its a GSS341, not the GSS342 that everyone talks about, is there any difference i should worry about?

 

Not sure what the pump looks like but according to this site that pump its a lil different...

"GSS342 -- small inlet w/ inline outlet - civic, wrx..."
"GSS341 -- small inlet w/ opposite outlet" - 240sx, rx-7..."

i was told that both pumps were the same and that you could use either. On various websites, they list the GSS341 and 342 together.

Shrugs. . .then again, if they were the same pump, why would walbro make two different models of the same pump?

 

So tru, i didn't wanna take the chance so i bought the GSS342 and the GSS341 is now for sale in the third gen forum, because thats what it applies too.
