If I peel off the A pillar vinyl coverings, I will have the original paint show through instead of my faded black right now? Any warnings or gotcha's from anyone? I have a 95 Max, will I have to worry about any residual glue on the fresh paint underneath? This seems too good to be true....

i have seen peepz posting suggesting that is true, but i for one am very hesitant to go peeling off my black trim that may or may not peel off....what if i end up tearing up my ****?, i just don't see nissan painting that part and then turn around and cover it with vinyl, when you find out if it works, let me know.
