Warpspeed Subframe Connectors - Stage 2 installed
Warpspeed Subframe Connectors - Stage 2 installed
So far, frickin' fun!!!!
I noticed a creaking notice but they do everything as advertised. The car truly feels different, flatter in the corners and much more satisfying to drive. The other suspension mods I had were Energy Suspension front sway bar and endlink bushings, fstb, rsb, tokico blues, h&r sport springs and 17" wheels.

subframe connectors...
are these really worth the price? what kind of labor did it intail to install these? was it expensive (the labor)? in either case, how much better and satisfying is the car after this install compared to before? I have fully upgraded suspension and tires and wheels and RSB and FSTB, but still feel like the car has a sway or delay to the body as per my driver inputs.....feels kinda laggy and makes the car feel cheap and not go-kart like.....which is what i want...i think this is all due to the older chassis on these cars and the frame not being very rigid? what did the connectors make the car feel like....more point and shoot and less delay from inputs like a true sports car?
my friends and brother have the warpspeed sub frame connector... and they say its worth the money it makes the ride a lot softer and makes the car feel more stable.. labor will probably be about 60-80 dollars
My installer used a welder, on both parts, but it's required on the Stage 1 and took about an hour. Look on WSP's website for detailed instructions.
Basically it feels like the rear is more independent on bumps, less bouncy. The car really sticks to the road. Some of the progressive-rate feeling in the springs is replaced by a more connected down feeling from turn-in that gives me confidence. I've noticed that taking turns I lose some of the front end plow, much like a rwd drive car, the G35 coupe comes to mind.

Easily fixed the noise. I put the car on the lift and adjusted the connectors downward, to give more clearance with my exhaust. Thanks to Dallas at WSP for the suggestion.
