he bought a test pipe from me, sent me the wrong amount, less than was agreed upon, and then he said he would send the money, and didnt, neutral feedback from me for happyricefob(kevin). i won't deal with him again, not as a seller at least, might consider buying from him tho, if the deal is good enough
