Just wondering who mite win a race between a modded 2000 max or 04 accord v6. I tried to go with one on the highway but I think he let off when he saw the traffic.

 

There quite a bit faster than an 00 Max w/auto. I guess it depends on the mods you've got, but I still think they would hold their on against you.

 

the 2000 max will lose for sure! The 3.5L engine is a even match...depends on the driving skills.

 

I saw in car and driver that the 04 accord v6 4 door runs a 15.5 in the 1/4.

 

I saw a sedan v6 run 15.23, It sounded like he had an intake and definately two aftermarket mufflers (loud as hell). A coupe 6spd ran 14.4 !!!

 

hondas have great high end. you wont keep up with on in a 2000 max

 

Most likely you'll lose, unless you were SC'ed. I know this is off topic, but should I leave TCS on or off during just regual every day driving? and What about when i race?. I tried searching, but the search wasn't working . I have a 2k2 GLE.

 

I turn the TCS off everytime I start the car just because it is a PITA when it kicks in around corners or from a start. If you are not agressive then leave it on.


Now as for the Accord, I feel a '04 V6 Accord will rip apart a auto 2k Max. 2k2+ 3.5 max or forget it without FI.
