Do I Need an Engine Flush? Questions after A/T rebuild as well

I'm just about to go for an oil change now, but I haven't been able to change the oil since April 17 (about 14000km ago). Do I now need an engine flush since its been a while? Prior to this gap, the oil has never missed its 3-month (6000km) oil change.

Also, I just had the transmission rebuilt and had planned on doing some maintainence...

- Automatic Transmission Fluid Change
- Radiator Fluid Change
- Fuel Injector Cleaning
- Air Filter Change
- Synthetic Oil Change w/ Mobil 1

Is it a bad idea to do a A/T fluid change right after a rebuild and I've never used a synthetic oil before in the car and its at about 152,000km. Switching to a synthetic now won't do any harm will it?

-Thanks
-Ben

if you higher than 75k then i would stick with a regular quality dino oil like castrol gtx 5w-30. im not sure about the atf flush after a rebuild since i have never expereienced it. if the engine oil has been changed at the correct intervals for your driving then i would not worry about flushing the engine. if you are the mileage where you think it would be a good idea to do a flush then i cant imagine it causing any harm. my main suggestion is just stick with dino instead of synthetic at higher mileages. if your plugs and coils are in good shape, your car should feel in great condition after the changes you listed are done.

Let the A/T break in first. I had mine done at 96k and I'm at 98.6k, I'm going to switch to syn ATF when spring comes (around 105k-110k miles).
