New Mod In The Works: Cattman Catback Exhaust

Ok... for you guys looking for a new catback here's your chance to get one and maybe launch a new mod for the 3rd gens.

This will be all stainless as opposed to the Greddy SP and is $50 less than MSRP on the Greddy catback... This isn't my project but I thought I'd help bring attention to it.

Oh, well then I retract my statement about your insanity......

Whoevers pet project this is, is crazy

I could never justify spending 600 on an exhaust, especially when I got mine for under 200.

600 is insane. i paid 140 to have full exhaust from the turbo to my muffler (including making a downpipe that i could disconnect from the main exhaust) and my intake piping done.

SS is great and all but spend 600 bucks for a 10 year old car on something that might give you what 5hp. I dont get why they ask us if we want a product then say we will only make it if we have x amount of buyers when there is a huge maxima community that does not come onto this board(there are tons in my area) but do go to places like custommaxima, cattman, warpspeed, or even JWT. They go here cause these companies advertise in magazines and what not. Maybe I am just ranting on, but maxima.org is not the only place maxima owners come to look for parts

i personally would never buy that setup. i would just get some piping and buy some mandrel bends and have a nice mandrel bent exhaust for a 1/4 or less than that catback. if you want ss most performance exhaust shops can usually do that.

Guys? He thinks it's more than just me!

But thanks for the compliment. I am basically making about $5-10 per part and that's it.
Shipping is based on weight and how far away you are from the warehouse. As most of the stuff will probably be drop shipped directly from my suppliers
VG plug 1.80 ea
VG wires my warehouse don't have now i gottas find another source for ngk with better coverage

Hm, Courtesy lists the PFR5G-11's at 9.37 a piece or $57 for a 6 pack. (That is, for the VE)

http://www.courtesyparts.com/J30_tuneup.html

I have just the standard NGK BKR5E-11's in my car now and they run great. I'll just replace them every 10k or so.

Probably, but might as well keep the plugs as close to new as possible since they are about $10 for a full set.
