After a long drawn out ordeal, the dealership finally put a cat on bank 1.
I've had 2 ECU reprograms and when I brought it in yesterday, the service write wrote, "find out which ignition coil is bad". I told him, "please replace the cat, I've already checked my o2 sensors...and I will not be paying for any coils...If I had a coil problem, I'd have a PO1320". His jaw dropped when I showed him I know OBDII codes.

Yesterday afternoon he called to say that they performed quite a bit of troubleshooting to find that I need a bank 1 cat. I felt like saying, "Ya think?" Actually he was pretty cool and treated my right. I got the car back today and it's pretty darn peppy too, and it was free under the 80K warranty!
