What is the official color of my Maxima

Guys,

My 2002 Maxima SE is silver in color, but what is the official Nissan name for it? Can I find this somewhere?

Thanks in advance!

The Titanium package is on the sheer silver. The darker is the grey lustre. Both are pretty sweet nonetheless. Yours sounds like the sheer silver.

Nope...there is one color that is only available with the TE '03 Maxima. My GLE is Sheer Silver, so that negates that theory...

There is only to silverish colors for 2k2 max - gray lustre or sterling mist.

Gray lustre is the darker of the 2. Yours is most likely sterling mist.

FACTS:

The only silver color available in 02 was Sterling Mist. (Grey Lustre would never be mistaken for a silver. It's more of a charcoal color.)

Polished Titanium and Sheer Silver were introduced in 03.

Titanium Edition Maximas were not only available in Polished Titanium. The package was available on most (if not all) colors.

All that said, velo you have a Sterling Mist.
