I'm wondering if the 5spd trannys from the 5th gens could directly fit onto a 4th gen VQ? What about the 6spd? Or how about the complete VQ35 swap into a 4th gen? Are the dimensions pretty close to being the same or are we talking major work here?

 

You're right, it is a very stupid question. Mostly because it's answered on the first page of the FAQ and in the 4 threads right beneath this one. 5th gen 5spd tranny, yes. Everything else major $ involved...
