Just by a Diehard or Interstate->

If your feeling frisky, go Optima(sealed type)

don't waste your time with a factory battery.

they only last a few (4 MAX) years..

I've used Interstate batteries for years with no problems on any car. I'm using a huge Interstate Megatron battery to run my car and power my 1100W stereo currently.. it does the job very well..

Other 3rd gen Max guys freak out when they hear me start my car every time, as the interstate is so much stronger than a stock battery, the starter cranks about twice as fast, and the car fires up almost instantly (Ask Kaleb about that one)

my battery cost me $70 I think.. the model # is MT-34R.

if you want to go all-out, buy an Optima red-top battery. the yellow tops are good for stereo people, red= performance/racing, blue= marine use, not very useful in cars.
retail prices on the optima red batteries are about $130 each and the yellows are $180 each.
