Vibration when accelerating..and sometimes only when turning left

Ok this is so weird. I do allot of highway driving approx 100 a day. If I'm going straight and give it some gas..the car vibrates..now its not a engine sputtering thing cause I am accelrating fine..I just feel it in the steering wheel pretty bad sometimes, other times its not even there. One time it always vibrates is if I'm going around a left turn or somethign on the interstate and accelerate it vibrates. It only does this on the interstate though at higher speeds, around town its fine. But since I'm always on the highway its very annoying. Any ideas.

I do know that all my shocks are blown...could that be causing this??

I dont think your struts would be causing that, i'm going out on a limb but maybe your tire balance is off minutely in that one wheel
