5x120 bolt pattern fit a maxima?

Just wondering if a 5x120 bolt pattern would fit a 2002 Maxima. Sorry if this is a stupid question, I know that the correct bolt pattern is 5x114.5 but I was wondering if there is any variation in the sizes allowed? Thanks,

Nathan

You can modify the bolt pattern on your car. No, I don't know how much it'll cost ya.

Sometimes you'll see some aftermarket wheels with 10 holes, which means that it's dual bolt pattern. I think they're usually 5x100 and 5x114.3, but don't quote me on that.

You're really just better off getting wheels with the correct bolt pattern rather than trying to adapt your car to fit them. It's usually not that simple or cheap.

Thanks for the help guys. The rims I wanted to get wont be in stock at this shop until January, so I'm going to have to wait it out till then. Well I guess it beats spending time and money changing the bolt pattern. Thank again!

Do you know if a 5x112 would fit? I saw this ebay auction where it said that this 5 hole wheel would fit both a 5x112 and 5x114.3 bolt pattern. Or is this a typo?

Err.... you should probably ask the seller about that. If the picture shows a 5 hole wheel, but he's saying it will fit 2 different bolt patterns, something is very wrong.

I hate to rain on your parade, but give up man! One bolt pattern will ONLY fit that and that alone. Bolt patterns are exclusive and the fitment is very tight, as it has to be. If it helps at all, 5x114.3 is also known as 5x4.5 (inches).
