And when I get in I notice condensation all inside of the front winshield any ideas on what would have caused this?

A/C or defroster switched to non-recirc mode?

The vents that draw in outside air might still be open...however I'm pretty sure I hear mine close once the car is turned off. At least that's what I hope that noise is.

I would suggest checking for wet carpet. I had a car that wasn't sealed well (domestic car...go figure), and after it would rain the carpet would be wet, and if the temp went low enough to frost, I would end up with condensation/ice on the inside of my windshield.

hot in your car...cold outside..or vice versa.

u prob had the defrost on hot or something. left your car and it was cold out.

it's normal to have a little condesation due to temp differences.

wasn't it raining in VA last night?

yea, if you had the heater on the night before, or it was atleast warm inside your car, the cold night/morning air causes the condensation.

So, in the meantime, I had the same problem yesterday. I was like "sheet sheet what de he** is on my windows?!"

It's still a mystery, the stuff didn't go away with the defroster. I wiped it all down with a bath towel and it hasn't come back. I think it was all the vapors that accumulated over the summer from the leather etc...

I have that happen occasionally when I've just washed the car and left a wet drying towel in the back seat.
