It sounded like a high pitched "vvvveeeh" when i startup the car startup right away but just have the high pitched "vvvveeeh" sound i have just replace a new factory starter a few months ago i have read some post that said the starter need to be re-greased but since the starter is pretty new that shouldn't happen Any Idea is to what the porblem is ???

Change your accesiory belts. I have the same problem I'm just too lazy to do it

i was told it was a solenoid in the starter... i might try regreasing the starter but it seems like a pain to get to. i guess its not as big of a pain as getting stuck somewhere with a car that wont start anymore. :O

 

it prob is hte starter, it should have a warrenty so ask nissan about it

 

Yea... mine does it too... gotta get around to changing those belts
