sometimes when the lights are on, but i do not have my brake pressed. the light does not work. and sometimes it does............. It always works when you hit the brakes.

i checked and i do have a dual-filiment bulb up in there. what could be wrong?????

I agree, just get a new bulb for $2

 

i will get a new one, the filiments look good to me. Fuses are fine. Usually when things go wrong for me they the worst thing. Like my tail light is out will probely mean my whole wiring is fried.
