Power loss tried everything please help......

I have a 95 se 5 speed and live in denver. I have tried everything i can think of and have read on this site to help without resolve. Ive changed my plugs, fuel filter, knock sensor, air filter, coolant sensor, cleaned my throttle body more times than it needs im sure. Ive adjusted the throttle cable, run the recommended 91 octane highest you can get in denver. Am i missing something??? It seems as if its running on four cylinders, but idles and starts fine. Gas milege is decent between 275 and 350 a tank. However when im driving and try to accelerate it just doest have the jump it should, and feel really sluggish. And there are no codes at all. Any ideas?? Thanks for everyones help in advance.

check the voltage on your MAF w/ a multimeter.. people say that low voltage on your MAF will cause major lag
